Dustin D. Dempsey graduated from Texas Tech University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While at Texas Tech, Mr. Dempsey was a member of the Texas Tech Speech and Debate Team, as well as an officer of Pi Kappa Phi. Following graduation, Mr. Dempsey attended Texas Tech's School of Law, graduating in 2014 with honors. During law school, Mr. Dempsey served as a member of the Board of Barristers, as well as the president of Red Raider Bar Association. He also clerked for the criminal defense firm of Hurley, Guinn & Sellers.
Mr. Dempsey is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Mexico, as well as The United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
