Robert J. Mroz graduated from Michigan State University with high honors in 1976 and received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1979.
Mr. Mroz is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Mexico, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Mroz is a member of the Federation of Insurance Corporate Counsel, Inc., and the Defense Research Institute.
Mr. Mroz is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has extensive litigation experience at trial, appellate and ADR levels in the field of general casualty defense on behalf of various insurance carriers and their insureds throughout New Mexico.
His thirty (30) plus years of experience include construction defect, oil and gas catastrophic injury, contractual and extra-contractual litigation, insurance coverage analysis, professional liability defense, property damage litigation and general commercial contractual and business tort litigation. Recently, Mr. Mroz has focused his practice in oil/gas field and construction accident, and mass residential construction defect litigation.
